My Role In These Projects
I serve as an embedded subject matter expert supporting grant-funded and initiative-based projects focused on sexual and domestic violence systems, victim services, and culturally responsive implementation.

My role typically includes providing advisory input, technical assistance, and implementation support to strengthen how programs are designed, delivered, and sustained in practice.

Depending on the scope of the project, I may contribute through structured consultation, ongoing advisory support, or targeted technical assistance aligned with project deliverables.

My focus is ensuring that what is designed on paper can be effectively implemented in practice within real organizational settings.
