Let's Build Something That Actually Works

  • Organizations invite me in when they're ready to strengthen how their teams learn, grow, and show up in the work.

  • Over the past 12 years, I've worked across social justice sectors including housing, gender-based violence, substance use, community mental health, & youth-serving organizations helping teams translate their mission into practices that actually support the people they serve.

  • Sometimes that looks like stabilizing your learning & development systems.  Sometimes it looks like strengthening how institutions respond to gender-based violence.

  • Wherever we begin, the goal is the same: align your learning, culture, & practices so your impact is real and not just aspirational.

How We Can Work Together:

                                                               The Thumbprint Lab:

Learning & Professional Development for Social Justice Organizations

The Thumbprint Lab focuses on helping social justice organizations strengthen how their teams learn, grow, and develop over time.  Every organization has a unique thumbprint.  It is the organization own way of doing the work through their mission and community.  My role is to help ensure your learning systems reflect that uniqueness instead of relying on outdated or generic training approaches.

Ways we can work together inside The Thumbprint Lab include:

90-Day Learning & Development Stabilization:  This a short-term fractional support option designed to stabilize your learning and development systems will your organization prepares for long-term leadership or internal restructuring.

The Curriculum Reboot:  A strategic modernization of your organization's training and professional development materials to include things like updating outdated content, strengthening cultural responsiveness, and ensuring your organizations training is supporting your staff growth.

Gender-Based Violence Systems Support

My work in Gender-Based Violence began more than a decade ago and continues today through specialized support for organizations working directly with survivors.  I partner with institutions to strengthen the systems that shape prevention, response, and survivor support particularly for survivors of color.

   Support in this area includes:

   Training Partnerships

Multi-session learning experiences designed to deepen staff capacity in culturally responsive care, community engagement, and survivor-centered practice.

   Program Evaluation

As a certified social & behavioral sciences researcher, I assist organizations with assessing and providing strategic insight from a survivor lens as well as a culturally responsive one on how their organization's response to gender-based violence is working and where they can improve.
