How I Partner With You & Your Team:

Overview

My consulting work supports colleges, universities, and organizations that are ready to examine how their systems, policies, and practices shape survivor experiences  and to make intentional changes that reduce harm and improve outcomes.

This work goes beyond training.
It focuses on how institutions operate, where gaps exist, and how to align values, policies, and practice with culturally responsive, trauma-informed, survivor-centered care.

Consulting engagements are designed to meet institutions where they are, while supporting sustainable, systems-level change.

Consulting Scope of Work

Consulting support may include:

  • Review and analysis of existing policies, procedures, and protocols

  • Identification of gaps, risks, and unintended harm within survivor response systems

  • Assessment of institutional practices through a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens

  • Guidance on language, framing, and internal communication related to survivor support

  • Support with aligning departments, roles, and responsibilities across systems

  • Strategic recommendations grounded in real-world survivor outcomes, not compliance alone

  • Support with implementation planning and internal accountability structures

The scope of each engagement is shaped collaboratively, based on institutional needs, readiness, and capacity.
