Unculture Your Workplace helps survivor-facing organizations dismantle uncultured leadership and workplace practices that cause harm, burnout, and instability. To unculture your workplace is to remove outdated systems and assumptions that no longer align with survivor-centered values especially for survivors of color.

We partner with organizations through long-term consulting and interim support, offering culturally responsive program and curriculum design, community engagement and capacity strategy, cultural blind spot assessments, strategic planning, and policy and procedure revision and development.

Consulting & Interim Support May Include:

Culturally Responsive Program Design & Redesign

Designing or restructuring sexual violence prevention, response, and workplace conduct programs to better serve survivors of color and align with institutional realities. (Includes curriculum development and refresh.)

Community Engagement, Visibility & Capacity Strategy

Supporting organizations in strengthening trust, outreach, and visibility both online and offline so programs actually reach and resonate with the communities they aim to serve.

Strategic Planning & Cultural Blind Spot Assessment

Assessing institutional culture, power dynamics, and existing practices to identify gaps, risks, and blind spots that undermine survivor-centered work.

Interim Program Transition & Capacity Support

Providing short- to mid-term support during leadership transitions, staffing changes, funding shifts, or program restructuring to maintain continuity and stability.

Policy & Procedure Revision and Development

Reviewing and developing policies and procedures related to sexual violence, harassment, and emerging issues including technology-facilitated sexual violence to ensure reporting mechanisms and responses are culturally responsive and current.

Organizational Consulting Packages:

  • Single Scope Project-Based Partnership (3 Months): $24,000 ($8000/month)

  • Multi-Layer Systems Partnership (6 Months): $48,000  ($8000/month)

  • Interim Program Transition & Capacity Support (2mos max): $16000 ($8000/month)

  • Customized long-term agreements available upon request
