The Vision Behind The C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Academy
The C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Academy was born out of a simple but urgent truth: we cannot transform what we refuse to confront.

As a survivor of sexual violence and a woman of color who has spent more than 11 years working in this field, I’ve seen firsthand how our systems often fail the very people they’re meant to serve. Across campuses, coalitions, and organizations, I watched passionate professionals doing meaningful work yet without the cultural tools, language, or frameworks to reach every survivor equitably.

The result? Well-intentioned programs that unintentionally perpetuate harm or exclusion.
The C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Academy was created to change that.

Rooted in lived experience and informed by years of professional practice, this academy blends the head and the heart pairing research and real-world application to help advocates, educators, and leaders rebuild systems through the lens of cultural humility, equity, and survivor-centered care.

Unlike traditional professional development, The C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Academy isn’t about checking a box. It’s about cultivating a new kind of leader one who understands that safety, advocacy, and equity are inseparable.

Through our courses, you’ll gain more than information. You’ll gain insight the kind that challenges you to think differently, lead courageously, and respond compassionately.

Because when we champion unity, learning, and transformation through understanding, responsiveness, and equity we don’t just create better programs.

We Create A Better Culture!
